FAQ's
Shipping
How long does it take to process orders?
We aim to process all orders placed before 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday) by the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
When will I receive my order?
Standard First Class mail typically delivers in 3–5 business days, while Priority Mail generally arrives in 1–3 business days. Please keep in mind that the day your package is picked up by the carrier does not count toward these delivery estimates.
My order has shipped, but the tracking information hasn't updated. Why?
This usually happens because the carrier has not yet scanned the package into their system. We continue preparing and shipping orders throughout the day; if your order is processed after the daily carrier pickup, it will depart with them on the next business day.
Does selecting a faster shipping method speed up order processing?
Choosing an expedited shipping method ensures your package travels faster through the carrier's network, but it does not change our internal order processing time.
Can I request faster order processing?
We are currently working on a "Rush Processing" feature for our site. In the meantime, please feel free to give us a call, and we would be happy to check if we can accommodate your request based on our current queue.
How will I know when my order ships?
As soon as your shipping label is created, our system automatically sends a confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or ensure the email address on your account is up to date.

Why was my order refunded?
A refund is typically issued if we are unable to validate the shipping address provided or if the order does not meet the requirements of our fraud prevention software. We only ship orders that can be fully verified to ensure they reach you safely.
Why is my shipment delayed?
We pride ourselves on quick processing, but inaccuracies in shipping details—such as missing suite numbers or errors from browser auto-fill—can delay your order. Double-checking your address details at checkout is the best way to ensure your package ships without delay.
